TURNER AUTO HAUS (TAH)
TAH reserves the right to refuse any service or repair for any reason whether or not an estimate was given.
Some services and repairs may not be possible due to inclement weather conditions or location of work to be performed, i.e. uneven or unstable work area or physical safety of technician.
TAH may with or without notice alter or remove available services.
TAH may refuse service based on availability of parts or repair data provided by manufacturer.
Customers are required to remove all items from vehicle prior to pickup or release of vehicle to TAH.
TAH is not responsible for damage, theft or fire incurred during towing or transport performed by third party services. All vehicles will be inspected and signed for by the vehicle owner prior to repair.
TAH is not responsible for property loss, profit loss, indirect or consequential loss, business loss or legal fees related to repair or service.
Some repairs may require prepayment or deposit for special order parts. Special order parts are non-refundable. All parts removed from the vehicle, except for warranty or exchanged (core) parts, shall become the property of TAH if not claimed within three business days of completion.
Payment for all service is due upon completion of work. Any vehicle not collected within 3 business days of completion shall incur storage fees of $15.00 per day according to state law.
TAH will file a mechanics lien for any vehicle not paid for in full within 90 days of initial notice of completion. Any vehicle and its contents may be sold to recover service cost according to state law.
It is not the responsibility of TAH to verify legal ownership of a vehicle and payment will be expected in full before release of any vehicle according to state law.
Estimated completion dates may be extended due to parts availability or inclimate weather.
All maintenance work is to be performed following factory recommendations. Additional work may be necessary within the scope of the original repair. Due to age some plastic parts may deteriorate and separate during repairs. Such items will be added to the repair estimate if in excess of $25.00 according to state law.
3 YEAR/30,000 MILE LIMITED SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Turner Auto Haus is so confident in the quality of our service, we guarantee our labor and parts on repairs for 30,000 miles OR three years from the service date, whichever occurs first. In the unlikely event that your car requires additional service as a direct result of our labor or parts, contact us immediately so we can service your vehicle and make required repairs at no additional charge to you.
This 3 year/30,000 mile guarantee covers labor and parts provided by Turner Auto Haus. We do not warranty or guarantee any existing parts, used parts or customer-provided parts. Warranty covers the cost of original repair only. Repair guarantee applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Any out-of-area repair work required must be performed by a qualified technician with a supplied invoice or Turner Auto Haus reserves the right to decline reimbursement. Out-of-area repair cost covered by this warranty will be reimbursed up to the original cost of the repair at Turner Auto Haus. Warranty does not include tow service fees, car rental fees, travel expenses, lodging, disposal fees, fuel/oil, taxi/transport fees, tolls, traffic violations, fire, theft, damage, vandalism, natural disaster, flat tire, locked vehicle, dead battery, injury, hospital, medical, ambulance fees, injury or physical damage due to accident or negligence. What is not covered by your 3 year guarantee: alignments, batteries, bulbs, belts, filters, fluids, fuses, hoses, o-rings, refrigerant, tires, wiper blades, used parts or any part damaged or modified from its intended purpose, function or condition.
We receive, collect and store information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.
When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.
We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
To provide and operate the our sales and services.
To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;
To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
Turner Auto Haus is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All payment gateways offered by Stripe.com, Square.com and Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
